Big Rig Camping in Michigan

Today’s RV dimensions have grown over the years and those of you who are fortunate enough to have one can often find that the campsites have not grown to accommodate your rig. No one wants to find themselves in a situation in which they can’t back their rig in or, even worse, have to back up a long way to extricate yourself from an area that isn’t big enough.

Fortunately, many of our member RV parks and campgrounds offer big rig sites with plenty of room for you to maneuver into place. They provide 50 amp service and most have sewer, cable tv, and internet service, too. This can make your whole vacation get off to a great start.

You can search on our website to find a great RV park in your favorite area that also provides sizeable campsites. Check out your options at Michigan RV Parks with Big Rig Campsites. Once you’ve decided you can contact the campground to make your reservations. Some parks require a phone call and others offer online reservations.

We have RV parks that offer daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates. Some have deals for storing your RV during the week at no cost. This is convenient for people who are working but want to camp for several weekends without driving the rig or pulling a trailer each time. You can ask them if they offer this kind of storage and then you’ll be able to quickly travel back and forth throughout the summer.

You can also arrange to be camped near your friends or in a particular area of the campground. Choose your necessary hookups and pay your deposit. Now your summer is all set and you’ll only have to pack a few suitcases for each trip.

We look forward to hearing about your adventures in a Michigan RV park or campground this summer. We hope you’ll be camping with us for years to come.
